Return / Refund Policy

Returns will only be accepted and credit given or money refunded if all of the following conditions are met:

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within 30 days of delivery of the item(s). 

3. Returned item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. 

4. Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item, and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precautions.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

Once a return has been approved, we will organize the return of the goods (in the case of faulty goods, Nalo Healing will not be responsible for return postage costs). Once we receive the goods, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.
