Our Rainbow Colored Crystal Singing Bowls is made with high-quality quartz crystal, each bowl is available in sizes ranging from 6" to 12". These bowls are versatile and can be used for sound healing, yoga, and meditation. They include a suede mallet, a rubber mallet, and 7 rubber O-rings. The bowls are tuned to the notes C, D, E, F, G, A, and B, and have a frequency of 432Hz or 440Hz. Use them to create a calming and harmonious sound bath and to release tension and anxiety.
Each bowl tuning note corresponds to the human energy center (chakra).
