Our 7-piece set of White Crystal Singing Bowls includes sizes ranging from 6" to 12". Made of high-quality quartz crystal and available in a frosted white color, these bowls are tuned to the frequencies of CDEFGAB at 432Hz or 440Hz. They are perfect for music therapy, yoga sound healing, and instrument playing, as well as for releasing anxiety and tension through meditation and chakra healing. The set comes with one suede mallet, one rubber mallet, and seven rubber O-rings.
Each bowl tuning note corresponds to the human energy center (chakra).
